The waiting is over for Year 11 students in our local area as today they received their GCSE results and the next stage of their education can begin.
A spokesman from St John’s told Marlborough.news, “Students and staff at St John’s Marlborough are celebrating today after receiving an excellent set of GCSE results, marking another year of success and resilience.

The results allow many students to be welcomed into its Sixth Form, which will support them as they take their next steps toward university, apprenticeships or commencing work.
Top performing students include Isobel Place and Charlotte Prothero, with 8 Grade 9’s and 1 Grade 8.

Meanwhile, Archie Williams has managed to secure an esteemed apprenticeship with John Deere.”
Principal, Mr Alan Henderson, said, “We are immensely proud of our students for their hard work, determination and commitment, which have led to such impressive results. Their achievements are a testament not only to their resilience but also to the dedication of our staff and the support of parents and carers. We are delighted to see so many students continuing into our Sixth Form, and we look forward to watching them flourish as they take their next steps towards bright and successful futures.”
