A busy and successful month for Marlborough Tennis. Not only has their long planned Clubhouse been formally opened and is now a well-used feature of the Port Hill Marlborough Tennis site base but club sponsor RBC Brewin Dolphin has announced the extension to their sponsorship relationship
RBC Brewin Dolphin have been in Marlborough for many years, more than forty and until recently were just ‘Brewin Dolphin’. They have supported Marlborough Tennis for the past two years and the opening of the new premises extends the relationship a stage further. “I am delighted to announce our sponsorship of Marlborough Tennis’ new clubhouse” says Myles Palmer, Divisional Director at RBC Brewin Dolphin.
“We are delighted and hugely grateful to RBC Brewin Dolphin for the support they give to the club” said Peter May, Trustee and Sponsorship Lead. “Building our new clubhouse was a huge task but one made easier in the knowledge we had the support of RBC Brewin Dolphin going forward.“
The Club has a growing membership with over 320 members, a strong Juniors section and eight teams competing successfully in the Swindon & District Tennis League. Membership fees start at just £35 for Juniors and the club is pioneering date of joining membership packages across all age groups and monthly payments for Adults and Family memberships.
“The club is at the start of the next chapter in its history” commented Chair, Andrew Payne “and we are delighted that RBC Brewin Dolphin are with us at the start of that journey”.
