The weather was perfect – warm and bright for this morning’s Remembrance Parade in Marlborough. The roads between the High Street and the Wye House roundabout were closed for the parade, the Phoenix Brass Band lead out of the High Street, into Barn St via Oxford Street and down to the War Memorial adjacent to the Wye House roundabout where the silence was scrupulously observed and the wreath laying ceremony took place.
Below are a selection of pics, the first section of the start, in the High Street and leading down to the War Memorial, and the lower set of pics of the wreaths being laid. Click any image to enlarge.
