Success for Marlborough’s Community Market

Wessex Community Markets organiser Ellie Gill told the Board that the first market had nineteen traders, for the next one – on August 5 – thirty-one traders had booked spaces.  And that is the maximum number the market can take. They have had to turn traders away. She urged councillors from the area to visit the next market and said they would be applying for an Area Board grant in September.
