GWH needs Foundation Trust members for a focus group on new induction and training schemes

The Great Western Hospital is looking for Foundation Trust members to be volunteers on a focus group about the introduction of a new induction process for unregistered staff known as the Cavendish Care Certificate.

Volunteers will be asked to decide whether they consider the new induction process will be beneficial to patients and to give their views on the training and induction of new support staff into the hospital.
 
To make this focus group as useful as possible they are looking for Foundation Trust members over the age of 18 willing to attend the GWH on Friday 8 August 2014 from 2.15pm to 3pm. No special knowledge is necessary they simply require honest opinions and feedback.
