Wiltshire police are appealing for witnesses to a burglary who can help them track down two vehicles stolen during a break-in at a property in Winterbourne Bassett.
Sometime yesterday (Thursday, August 9), unknown offenders entered the address and then stole a red Mini Countryman and an orange KTM SX450 off-road motorbike (pictured above).
The registration number of the Mini Countryman, which had a camping box on the roof, is WR18 ZZA.
Sergeant James Twyford said: ”We’d like to hear from anyone who may have heard or seen anything suspicious in this area yesterday – it’s a quiet village, so anything or anyone out of the ordinary would have been obvious.”
“Also, did you see the car or bike being driven and ridden in the area? Perhaps driven at speed?”
“If anyone sees either vehicle please contact us immediately.”
