Late yesterday afternoon in The Mustard Seed coffee shop Edward launched his Art Exhibition, selling his works to raise funds for two charities – Love Marlborough Kids Meals and Joy of Learning (a charity in Uganda that supports orphans from Sanyu Babies home when they are placed in families from age 4)

Art has always played a big role in Edward’s life. Marlborough has always been home and over the last twenty or so years art has been there, one or more works in progress.
His style is complicated painting by numbers, intricate tapestry (which gets made into cushion covers) and more recently he’s started to do diamond art work.
Edward volunteers at Mustard Seed Coffee shop three days a week; he is an active member of St Mary’s Church where he is a communion assistant and helps in the office once a week.
A packed Mustard Seed on a very warm afternoon, but not too hot to deter the crowd who turned out. A very successful launch with already well over £1,000 raised which will be split between the two charities.
