The campaign for the elections to the European Parliament came to Marlborough on Wednesday (May 15).
Green Party MEP Molly Scott Cato, who has represented the South West constituency since May 2014, joined supporters on a stall in the High Street and in handing out leaflets to shoppers.

This was organised by Emma Dawnay who stood as the Green Party candidate for the Devizes constituency at the last two General Elections.
The South West constituency sends six MEPs to the European Parliament. The Brexit Party, Change UK, Conservatives, Green Party, Labour and UKIP all have six candidates standing in next week’s election. The LibDems have five, the English Democrats have two and there are three independents.
In May 2014 two Conservative, two UKIP, one Labour and one Green Party candidates were elected to be MEPs representing the South West constituency – which includes Gibraltar.
