If you live in Ramsbury or Axford, and want to get to Mildenhall or Marlborough – or vice versa – for three evenings commencing Friday (27 February), then you will need to take a detour from your normal route.
The C6 Ramsbury to Marlborough road will be closed for resurfacing between 7pm and midnight each evening. The area to be covered is a 2km stretch between Mildenhall and the Stone Lane junction in Axford.
An alternative route via Ogbourne St George and Aldbourne will be signed whilst the works take place. Access for residents and businesses will be allowed although delays will be likely.
