Soon, if not already MantonFest Posters will be springing up in a few key sites in and around Marlborough. Have Wiltshire Council backtracked? No, of course not but now maybe their rules of guidance have been re-interpreted, and this new reading of the rules will mean that posters for MantonFest, and other community events – such as the Car Boot Sales for Air Ambulance can be promoted, properly without fear that their posters will be torn down by Council officials.
