Today, November 30th, Preshute Primary School welcomed preschool children for a Stay and Play in the woods at Westwind, Manton with their current Reception and Year 6 children.
Charlotte Coulson, Reception Class teacher, told Marlborough.news, “Despite the chilly weather, we all wrapped up warm and built dens and went on a bear hunt. The children collected treasure from each bear on their bear hunt. We are lucky enough to have a local woods which we use all year round for our Outdoor Learning.
When we arrived back at school the PPSA had set up a wonderful array of marshmallows and hot chocolate. Thank you everyone who came with their little ones and made it such a success. We hope to do more Play and Stays in the Spring Term, so please keep your eyes peeled.”
