Having filled the Kennet Valley Hall on Friday (April 12) for her Avebury Society Annual Lecture “Avebury: the story so far”, archaeologist Dr Nick Snashall is inviting people for a walk and lunch – and questions.
You can join Dr Nick, the National Trust’s Archaeologist for Stonehenge and Avebury, for this half-day walk. When you’ve finished your journey of discovery you can sit down with Dr Nick for a delicious light lunch as she answers your questions about Avebury and our prehistoric ancestors.
Places on her April walk-and-lunch have sold out. But there’s another one on May 8. You can book now on 01672 538016.
And if you missed her lecture, you can catch a flavour of it in Marlborough News Online’s interview with Dr Nick.
