Sirs,
On Saturday 13 Jan, my wife and I walked 4 miles around Savernake Forest in the sunshine. The only disappointment was that we counted 7 filled bags of dog waste waiting for the fairies to collect them. Most of them were fairly close to the carpark and the waste bins there. Why oh why do thoughtless people do this? They don’t just drop the bags, they often go to the trouble of hanging them on gates or branches.
How about a campaign for prominent notices in an attempt to explain to these thoughtless people that they are responsible for taking the bags to the bins?
Yours
