Every THREE weeks is a problem in itself especially if we are fortunate enough to have a warm Summer.
The quantity of bins is another, where exactly are people supposed to keep them? We currently have a large quantity of Air BnB’s here which are a problem with parking etc, and certainly rubbish. Obviously the Landlords ask them to put their rubbish out when they leave, BUT they may have stayed AFTER the dustmen have just been. We already have a huge rat problem, to say nothing of birds, foxes, dogs etc, eating their way through all these bin bags.
Perhaps the Council could arrange for Community bins to be positioned on The Green, so we can all use these???
