Physiotherapist James Hatt has taken the last empty unit in Marlborough’s Hughenden Yard shopping precinct.
The Hatt Health and Movement clinic had been based above Unit 14 in Hughenden Yard, with an entrance from Hyde Lane car park.
Now the practice – which started in Devizes in 2003 and first came to Marlborough ten years ago – has expanded into the retail unit recently occupied by interiors retailer Hearts Desire.
Daniel Pitt of commercial property agent Kilpatrick & Co, which manages Hughenden Yard, said: “James Hatt and UK Physiotherapy have been with us at Hughenden Yard for many years and naturally we were delighted when James expressed an interest and commitment to take on the ground floor of Unit 14.
“The landlords at Hughenden Yard were fully behind and supportive of UK Physiotherapy to expand and we were all very pleased to be able to keep UK Physiotherapy in Hughenden Yard where we wish them every continued success in delivering their exceptional service to the people of Marlborough and the surrounding area.”
