Middle order star Pete Day chipped in with a fluent 37 while youngster James Richardson was back in the runs with a quick fire 30.
Sean Adams with 4-29 was the pick of the Calne bowlers. Adams then scored a vital 66 not out with crucial support from Matt Richards 36 as Calne reached their victory target with 8 wickets down ensuring a 2 wicket win despite Marlborough’s Paul Smith recording career best figures of 4-20.
