Marlborough travel agency, Travel By Hannah, has been named The Top Travel Agency in the South West by the travel industry’s TTG Top 50 Awards 2022 & Shortlisted as a Top 3 for 2023. And only last week the agency heard they were in the Top 5 in South West England and South Wales in the category Small Agency of the year 2023 at the Agent Achievement Awards by Travel Weekly. Both Hannah and Milla Callis, who works at the agency, have also received individual awards. Among other awards, Hannah received the travel industry’s 30 under 30 class 2022/23(TTG) and Milla was named as one of only 8 handpicked and nominated New Travel Agents in the whole of the UK at The Travel Industry Awards by TTG.
The team, Hannah Porter, Milla Callis and Billy Eastmond, said, “We take pride in our service throughout customers’ travel experiences – we love to create and pair the right trip for the right clients as well as ensuring we have exclusive offers and very competitive pricing nationwide. We are striving to keep building our customer base and knowledge and skills in what we do, and we are ever so thankful to everyone who uses us as their independent travel agency and we already have a large number of repeat bookers.
We have a growing following on social media (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter) and to support a wider audience recently I invested more into our website which allows users to have access to regularly updated worldwide latest/hot offers, run cruise searches, search for their own adventure travel and escorted touring trips, or gain inspiration by browsing some partnership properties we work with in the world before contacting our team.
We couldn’t be more thankful for the support from all avenues and we can’t wait to see where the future takes us.
We are also extremely honoured to have been recognised in many other awards industry wide. We have maybe the smallest premises on Marlborough High Street but it just shows the impact of loving what you do can have!”
Hannah told Marlborough.news, “We take pride in our work and our accolades, especially now in a year of very personal hardship, leave me a little lost for words. What we’ve achieved in under 3 years since opening during a pandemic (December 2020) is a huge a credit to the business, myself, and the evolving team.”
