Hayley Lambert from Marlborough’s zero waste shop, Packaging not Included, in Hughenden Yard is organising a raffle to raise funds for Ukraine. Inspired by the small Businesses for Ukraine raffle that’s raised over £50,00, Hayley decided to create her own raffle.
Hayley told Marlborough.news, “I wanted to do Something Big to try to raise as much money as possible for Ukraine. I knew I’d need a little help from my friends, so I asked some of the ethical and sustainable small business who we know and love if they’d help. Well, they’ve been wonderful.
So far we have over £1200 worth of prizes from 16 amazing companies, with more to come. I’m adding some items too of course! I hope that by working together we can do something bigger than we’d manage individually.
There are 8 amazing prize bundles on offer with items ranging from lovely food hampers to luxury skincare products, sunglasses made from recycled fishing nets, eco kitchen goodies, beeswax wraps, sustainable homewares and more.”
All proceeds go to British Red Cross DEC Ukrainian Humanitarian Appeal. To enter visit the Just Giving page here. Donate at least £10 and leave your email address or Instagram handle. Don’t tick the gift aid box if you are entering the raffle. The draw will be made on Monday March 21st with prizes posted to anywhere in the UK.
