The landlord of The Piano Bar on Marlborough High Street is to face trial by judge and jury accused of series of assaults.
Ian Wilkie pleaded not guilty to one count of actual bodily harm and two of assault by beating when he appeared before Swindon Crown Court.
The 38-year-old is said to have carried out the three assaults during an alleged incident which started in The Bear on Friday December last year.
Recorder Stephen Hall adjourned the case to Tuesday October 4 and released Wilkie, of Church Street, Hungerford, on conditional bail until then.
