Current owner Simon Wetton said, “The Kitchen Sisters are taking over on a semi-permanent basis until the renovations to the barn at the rear of No 7 are complete. Once the planning and building regs are resolved Brasserie Blanc will be taking over on a long term basis.”
Opening six days a week (closed Tuesdays) the Kitchen Sisters use their own unique recipe for their burgers. Every burger is handmade and uses local ingredients where possible. Even the buns are made by hand in the restaurant.
The menu will include several variations on the traditional beef burger, from classic to the pulled-pork and a very special variation on the classic chicken burger. Vegetarians and vegans are also catered for.
Head Chef, Lesia Weremijenko, said, “We are so excited to be bringing Kitchen Sisters to Marlborough! There’s nothing like it in town and we can’t wait for people to come and find out how good a ‘real’ burger can taste.”
“At Kitchen Sisters, we don’t just cook burgers. We cook them, taste them, tweak them and taste them again. And we don’t stop until we’ve liberated every last mouthful of flavour from everything that goes into our burgers.”
“We can’t wait for Marlborough to taste the results of all the effort we put in and we’re all looking forward to welcoming our first customers on Monday the 14th.”
