Kate Deakin, the ‘Kate’ in Kate’s Estates is retiring after a dozen years of running Kate’s Estates and providing a professional lettings service to landlords and tenants across the Marlborough and surrounding area. She is entrusting the future management of her client portfolio to the independent Jones Robinson estate agency group.
Jones Robinson are one of the largest independent estate and letting agents in this area covering much of Berkshire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire.

Emma Hawkings-Byass, who has been working within Kate’s Estates, will also remain involved with the portfolio and will continue working closely with clients alongside Gabby Walker, Andy Escott and the wider Jones Robinson lettings team.
