Marlborough’s Patients’ Participation Group (PPG) has designed a survey to find out what really matters to people about the Marlborough Medical Practice and how much they know about its services. It is now underway and members of the PPG have been handing out survey forms at Tescos and at the surgery’s first flu clinics.
The survey is absolutely anonymous and will be open until the end of October for patients and for their carers. Forms can be handed in at the surgery.

It is a very clear survey and can be filled in very quickly. The PPG want as many people as possible to give their feedback about the Practice.
