Police are seeking witnesses following a robbery at the Co-Op store in Aldbourne in the early hours of Monday morning.
Between 1.20am and 1.30am yesterday (16/11), three unknown offenders entered the store and stole an amount of cash and cigarettes. They then made off in a car.
Two members of staff were working in the shop at the time and although shaken were unhurt.
Det Sgt Adrian Bray said: “We would like to speak to anyone who may have heard or seen anything suspicious at the time.
In particular we would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the robbery or managed to capture it on CCTV, a mobile phone or dash cam; especially if driving through or near the village around this time. Perhaps you saw the vehicle drive off?
We’d also like to hear from anyone who may have noticed anyone acting suspiciously in the area beforehand.
