One of the three men now in custody accused of robbing Marlborough High Street jewellers Deacon and Son last month, offered a plea of guilty at Swindon Crown Court yesterday (Friday).
He is Linton Summerfield, 20, of Bushberry Avenue, Coventry, who admitted he was involved in the masked raid of the jewellers on September 17.
The two other accused, Marcus Cohen, 33, of no fixed address, and Paul Gallimore, 33, of Rugby Road, Coventry, neither had their charges read nor indicated a plea at the hearing.
Summerfield will receive a maximum credit when he is sentenced at a later date. Meanwhile, the defendants were remanded in custody until December 20.
