Volunteers are needed by the Kennet Valley Arts Trust to help it put on double the number of monthly film shows at Marlborough Town Hall and at the Theatre on the Hill, St John’s Academy.
“The shows have gone from strength to strength and people have shown so much enthusiasm that we will be showing two films a month,” says Diana Turnbull. “If there are any films that people would like to see on the big screen then please do let us know.”
She is also seeking volunteers to help with the performances,
If you would like to help with any of the following please do get in touch — delivery of leaflets around the town and villages, manning the bar during screenings and operating the DVD player,” she adds.
“There will obviously be rotas, so you would only be on call once in a while but if you would like to be involved please just let me know.”
