Open up more free parking spaces, please… – Letter from Maddy Coles

Sirs,

To encourage shoppers? Why? When absolutely no one will be able to park? I have just read this in the news.

Residents in Kingsbury Street and Silverless Street will be stuck as these will literally be the only free parking spaces close to the High Street.

Please open up The Common for parking.

These are exceptional times and the fact that The Common can be available for jazz, circus parking must also mean that it can be used now.

Please be kind. And think of residents, workers as well as the shoppers.
