Sirs,
Thank you to everyone for their condolences and kind offers of assistance following Chris’ death. He died at his apartment in Thailand and we had both been happily communicating with him on the previous evening.
Chris had a wonderful, fulfilling life and in his latter days travelled to many a far-flung place around the world. He ended his days in a country he loved and had a great affinity with.
As per Chris’ request there will be no public funeral or “celebration of life” gathering; we sincerely hope that this does not cause offence to anyone but we want to and must respect his wishes.
