Mountain-climbing-wall — Aim high at the Rec on Saturday on the four sided Climbing Wall

Marlborough’s first ‘Sports Festival’ which will give youngsters the chance to try lots of different sports – at no cost – will be taking place at The Rec, just off the Salisbury Road on Saturday (18 September).

It’s proving very popular but as there are so many different sports being represented by a wide range of organisations it means that the event can allow a large number of youngsters to come and try whatever they want to without waits and queues. The event is being run by the Marlborough Sports Forum with input and help from Wiltshire and Swindon Sport (WASP) and is being funded by Wiltshire Council by a grant from the local Area Board.
