A man who sexually abused a five-year-old girl in the 1990s has been remanded in custody by a judge.
Sean Daly pleaded not guilty to two counts of gross indecency and two of indecent assault, but was found guilty following a trial at Swindon Crown Court.
The 49-year-old, of Five Styles Road, Marlborough, repeatedly abused the child on a number of occasions between June 1997 and May 1998.
Daly, who was cleared of a fifth charge of indecency, was remanded in custody by Judge Sir John Royce and will be sentenced on Friday, October 28.
