Work that is now underway for the refurbishment of the Marlborough Community and Youth Centre (MCYC) means that an Open Day scheduled for Sunday, September 24 cannot now take place.
The former Youth Club in St Margaret’s Mead, by the recreation ground, is now being leased from Wiltshire Council by the Town Council and is in the process of being converted, refurbished and redecorated to make it suitable for use by youth clubs and community groups.
Public access to the building will not be possible for some time, so the Open Day cannot go ahead.
