The Hillier’s Yard café Mercer’s of Marlborough have got the green light from the Town Council’s planning committee for a licence to sell alcohol on and off their premises.
The alcohol licence would apply during the following hours: Monday to Thursday: 11.00am to 6.00pm. Friday and Saturday: 11.00am to 11.00pm. Sundays: 11.00am to 6.00pm.
The application now reverts to Wiltshire Council’s licensing committee for a decision.
It remains open for objections and comments until March 2.
