Emily, who has organised many fundraising ventures over the last year, is taking on her biggest challenge yet and has recruited her friend and fellow IB student at St. John’s, Sophie Anstee de Mas to help her plan a spooktacular event.
The evening will include welcome drinks and canapés (donated by Bourn Catering and Toffs Food), followed by a two course meal from The Sausage and Mash Company, and half a bottle of wine per person.
There will be live music from the dynamic covers band Mojo. Throughout the evening there will be lots of fantastic prizes to be won, all donated from business across the UK and locally.
The list of prizes includes a beautiful Eliza Paisley throw from Froxfield based Oka, a day’s fishing for two guests on the River Avon donated by the Longford Estate, a beautiful baby clothes package from The Essential One, afternoon tea for two at Blandy’s in Kintbury, a helicopter flight over London donated by Heliair, a silver necklace by David Dudley and a stunning cushion from Susie Watson Designs.
That is just a few of over 100 prizes that will be up for grabs on the night.
The Halloween Ball is raising money for three charities: Tommy’s, Naomi House and Gloucester Wheelchair Rugby Club.
Tickets are selling fast but there are still a few left at £45 each or a table of ten for £400. To reserve tickets or find out more information email: charityhalloweenball@hotmail.com
