Wiltshire Council have announced that Hyde Lane will be closed between its junctions with Back Lane and Cardigan Road from Monday, October 5 so a contractor can lay a new gas main.
The closure will probably last until Friday, October 9. Access will be kept open for residents and an alternative route will be signposted.
