The car boot sale on the Common (June 19) organised by the Marlborough Supporters of Wiltshire Air Ambulance raised £764.
Next month’s car boot sale in aid of the charity will be on Sunday, July 24 starting at 9.00am.
The Wiltshire Air Ambulance has flown 306 missions so far this this year – they can reach any part of Wiltshire within eleven minutes. The service, which receives no money from central government, relies on public donations to meet its costs of £8,904 per life-saving day.
