Roadworks will take place along Bayardo Lane, Clatford, near Marlborough, in the new year. The work involves resurfacing of the road, new road markings and the adjustment of ironwork.
The works will run from the junction at Clench Common with the A345, through the Bayardo Farm bend and Clatford Bottom – ending just short of Clatford Park Farm.

The lane has several areas of very poor surface and in places is liable to flooding after heavy rain.
The works, which will run for three days from Wednesday, 4 February, require the temporary closure of the road between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
