My wife and I drove (together) into Marlborough this last Sat and did our shopping as normal. The first we knew of the new speed limits was when checking your site later that evening. The speed limit is long overdue and no right thinking person should drive greater than 20 in much of that area anyway.
That neither of us noticed the signs may be familiarity not making us look for them, the excess street furniture that is prevalent in our modern world or that they are just not obvious enough; whichever, I hope other people learn about them as soon as possible!
