Ducks on the Kennet – letter from Barbara Smith

Sirs,

I have read the letter regarding lack of ducks in Coopers Meadow. I can assure people who are concerned that the ducks are still about.

Once or twice a day about 12-18 ducks congregate by the bridge near Coopers Meadow, leading to George Lane. They are all female but look very healthy.
