We have an exciting opportunity to join the Marlborough College HR team and make a difference, as the school further develops and delivers its ambitious ten year strategy. We are seeking to appoint two full time HR Business Partners who will each take responsibility for their specific client base, Teaching Staff team or the Support Staff team. Working collaboratively, you will deliver an excellent HR generalist service.
The role requires exceptional organisational skills, confidentiality and discretion. You will be experienced in managing the full range of HR activities, and ideally conversant with and comfortable within both an educational environment and a busy administrative role. It is essential that you are experienced in managing recruitment campaigns, working with HR systems, learning and development and Safeguarding (including overseeing the Single Central Register).
You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. Outstanding ICT abilities and knowledge of HR systems, alongside the ability to remain calm and flexible working to tight and deadlines are essential.
