Supporting the Domestic Services Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the General Services Domestic Staff (Facilities), in order to maintain the buildings to a high standard in this busy school environment. You will ensure that all areas and domestic facilities are clean and ready for use on a daily basis (including: classrooms, laboratories, offices, sports facilities amongst others).
You should have experience in a similar role, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be able to work on your own initiative to high standards in this customer-focused role, where the ability to motivate staff and work calmly under pressure, will be an asset.
The normal working hours are 6.30am-1.00pm, Monday to Friday, a total of 30 hours per week (or as required for operational needs) throughout the year. Some flexibility is required.
