As Catering Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all of the Catering Services at Marlborough College. Working with your management team, you will ensure the provision of exceptional customer and catering services through the introduction of innovation and interest within the food and hospitality events at the College.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead a catering team of c65 staff, delivering some 3,000 meals a day. An experienced manager of staff, budgets, catering operations and compliance, you will also have excellent inter personal and customer service skills.
