A Marlborough petrol station continued its string of successes at the Forecourt Trader Awards – the Oscars of the fuel retail industry.
At a glittering ceremony in London, Fraser’s Budgens of Marlborough walked away with the top prize in the category of Best Car Care and Lubricants.
The award was presented by TV star Alexander Armstrong.
And in a one-two victory, the family-owned firm also won second prize in the same category for its site at Yarnton in Oxfordshire.
Fraser’s Budgens of Marlborough has won an award every year since 2013, at the end of its first full year of operation.
Manager Nick Fraser said: “We’ve won a Forecourt Trader award every year since we opened – that’s certainly something to shout about.
“These awards couldn’t have been won without the support of our loyal customers and the hard work from our staff.”
Mike Baker, Budgens brand director said: “These awards show that Budgens retailers are some of the best in the industry. It also shows the diversity of our brand, as successful on a garage forecourt as we are on the high street.”
