What the name will be – no idea as yet but a New Premises Licence application has been made for a new restaurant in what used to be the Pagoda at 4, The Parade. It won’t be Chinese, the food will be from a region several thousand miles to the West to that of The Pagoda, and in the application it is described as a ‘Mediterranean Brasserie’, serving Italian, Greek and Mediterranean food.
When will it open, assuming the application is successful and the Licence granted? It doesn’t say. The application was discussed at Monday’s meeting of the Planning Committee, no objections were raised so now over to Wiltshire Council for their consideration.
