The Kennet is presently running with rats. The number seen during the day is appalling and as our Council do not believe there is a problem I hate to imagine what will happen with this change.
The pathetic food bins are not stable and the smell in the summer as the temperature seems to be rising annually we will be overrun with this problem.
The black bins will smell with or without food and as vermin are such a health risk I believe this problem should be taken very seriously.
