Home-Start Kennet is an established charity offering support, friendship and practical help to parents with young children in our local communities.
We are recruiting an experienced professional to direct the day-to-day management of the charity and to work in partnership with the Board of Trustees to ensure effective strategic management and the ongoing development of the scheme.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to experience of working with children and families, volunteers and partnership agencies. Experience of leading a project to successful outcomes is essential.
This position will be based in our Pewsey office and necessitate use of the employee’s own vehicle. Home-Start Kennet is committed to equality and diversity and to safer recruitment practice. An enhanced DBS check is required for this post.
