Customer Service Advisor – Marlborough Office – Full-time role, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Sarah Raven’s Kitchen & Garden is an award-winning online gardening business, which offers carefully tried and tested plants, seeds, bulbs and gardening kit as well as lovely things for your home, all personally selected by Sarah Raven, the well-known author and broadcaster.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The customer is at the heart of everything we do as a company. Your role will be to offer the very best customer service possible at all times, across all our channels – phone, email, chat and social media.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering excellent service to our customers
- Handling contacts across telephone, email, chat and social media
- Using our computer system to place order and answer queries
- Good knowledge of our products and our seasonal ranges
- Assisting customers in line with company expectations
KEY SKILLS
- Good communication skills
- Confidence on the telephone
- Good level of competency on Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Team player
- Horticultural knowledge, or a passion to learn would be an advantage
