‘The Buildings of Wiltshire’ – a Marlborough History Society lecture by Julian Orbach

Julian Orbach, eminent author and lecturer in architectural history, is the co-author of the revised Pevsner Guide to the Buildings of England. These weighty volumes list all buildings of architectural or historical interest in minute detail. The volume on Wiltshire was published in 2021 and the section on Marlborough runs to 15 pages.
The Marlborough History Society supports local history projects and presents talks by respected speakers on the third Thursday of every month (with the exception of June, July, August and December) at 7:30 p.m. at St Peter’s Church.
