Christmas shoppers were treated to festive song when Marlborough Community Choir performed a series of pop-up concerts on Saturday, December 5.
Starting at Waitrose, the choir then brought its unique blend of traditional and modern festive favourites to the residents and staff of Merlin Court, Coombe End Court, and the Marlborough Lodge.
Leader Vanessa Lafaye said: “It’s a long day, with a lot of singing, but we love it—definitely one of the highlights of our holiday season. It’s so uplifting to bring music to people who really need it.”
The pop-up concerts raised £200 for the Great Western Hospital’s Brighter Futures radiotherapy appeal.
