No objections are being made by Marlborough Town Council’s planning committee to a change of use application to convert grade II listed Lloran House in the High Street into another restaurant.
The ground floor and basement proposal, made by Munro Properties Limited., is also linked to a change of use of the upper floor to four flats, to which the committee also offered no objections.
The asking rent at present for the ground floor restaurant project – Wardrobe was one of the two dress shops on site – is £48,000 a year plus business rates.
