Rubbish & Recycling: Letter from Graham Dick

As a comment on the booking system we have recently moved from London where sites were closed and a booking system was introduced. There was considerable concern that such a system would not work but in fact it worked very well and if we ever had to queue it was not for long, which if you consider the population density, this would seem to be a success

All local authorities are under financial pressure and assume the suggested changes are a more economical approach, albeit coming with some inconvenience to residents.
