Kennet Valley School pupils have raised £104 for Sports Relief. Events organised to celebrate Sports Relief Day, Friday March 13, included attending school dressed in sportswear, taking part in a fun run around the playground, organising a healthy tuck shop at playtime and contributing a pound towards Sports Relief.
Parents, teachers and staff all joined in the fun. School Bursar, Suzanne Parnell-Dunn, said,“A group of talented pupils also took part in a fabulous dance festival, where they performed in front of the other pupils, staff and parents, and gave a very well-choreographed and energetic show which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.”
Headteacher, Emma Russell said, “It has been another very energetic week at Kennet Valley and I have been very proud and impressed with the level of energy and enthusiasm shown by all of our pupils. They should be very pleased with themselves.”
